Iittala Village is open all year round, though the exact opening hours of individual shops and exhibitions may slightly vary. They can be found on the individual sites of the businesses.
From the parking area, you can find an accessible way to the courtyard area on the left hand side of the white building. The destination area is not completely accessible but Iittala Outlet, Bistro Alvar & Café, Boutique Pässinpää, Kultasuklaa and Pukimo POP UP are all accessible. Design Museum Iittala and the Iittala Centre of Naive Art are partly accessible.
An accessible toilet / nursery room is situated in the red building of Pukimo POP UP.
