Free guided glass tour

Free guided tour at 5 pm on Wednesday the 11th of October

How does sand turn into glass? How is the famous Aalto vase made? How about your glasses, for example Ultima Thule series, how are they made?

Join us to hear stories about the objects created during the more than 140-year long history of the Iittala glass factory. You will also get to know the current production at the glass factory viewing balcony.

We will start the tour (appr. 1 hour) in Design Museum Iittala. The guidance is in English.

The maximum number of participants is limited to 30 persons.
